Live Brucella
Composition:
After reconstitution with respective diluents each dose of 2 ml contains NLT 40 x 109 viable organism.
Indication:
A vaccine indicated for prophylactic vaccination of female cows against Brucella Abortus.
Vaccination Program:
The vaccine is recommended for female calves between the ages of 3 and 6 months, as a single subcutaneous dose.
Administration:
This vaccine should be administered with a subcutaneous injection at mid neck or thigh region. Use precautions including application on clean dry skin, sterile needles and syringes for every administration.
Pack Size and Storage:
The vaccine is freeze dried (lyophilised) in glass vials. It is available in 1, 2 & 5 doses per vial with respective diluents, namely 2ml, 5ml and 10ml vials. Store the vaccine vials in a cool dry place below 8°C. Protect the diluents from light, however they may be stored at room temperature.
