MD-HVT (FD)

Composition:

‍Each dose contains not less than 10³ PFU of FC 126 strain of Turkey Herpes virus.

Indication:

A cell culture adapted, cell-free virus vaccine indicated for the inoculation of chickens against Marek’s disease.

‍

Vaccination Program:

• The vaccine should be administered as a single dose at the hatchery, when the chick is 1 day old.
• Vaccination Reaction: Poor vaccination technique can make the head or neck region of the chick swell up.

Administration:

This vaccine can be administered by the Subcutaneous method, by injecting through the subcutaneous space in the mid neck region.

Pack Size and Storage:

The vaccine is freeze dried (lyophilised) in 5ml and 15ml vials, and 10 vials are packed per box. It is available in 500, 1000, 2000 and 2500 doses per vial, with diluent. Protect the vaccine from light and store between 2°C and 8°C; do not freeze it.
